End-of-lease apartment clearouts in Sydney's city core

The lease ends Friday. The final inspection is Monday. Between those two dates sits everything that isn't coming with you: the sofa, the bed base, the balcony chairs, the storage cage you forgot you had. We clear it in one visit and the apartment goes back the way the agent wants to find it.

How the job runs, worked back from your date

Every vacate clearout is the same shape, and the shape starts at the end: the day the keys go back. Tell us that date and we build backwards from it.

FIRST

You send the enquiry: what's going, which building, when the inspection lands. Photos help but aren't required. One fixed price comes back, agreed before we lift a thing.

BEFORE

We book the goods lift with your building manager and sort the dock time. You don't chase the concierge, we do this every week and we know what buildings ask for.

THE MORNING

The crew comes through the lobby, pads the lift, and loads everything in one visit. Furniture, boxes, the cage downstairs, the awkward things the chute refused. Floors swept before we leave.

HANDOVER

The apartment goes back empty, ready for the cleaner or the walk-through. Keys on the bench, bond intact.

What the agent is actually looking for

Final inspections in the city run to a pattern: every room empty, the storage cage cleared, nothing left in common areas or on the balcony, and no surprise pile by the dock that gets billed back to your bond. A clear-out that misses the cage or leaves goods in the garbage room fails the same way an unswept floor does.

Our crews clear to that standard because it's the one we get measured against, by agents who have our number for the next tenant's mess too. Work the sequence yourself with the bond-back clear-out checklist, or set your date on the Handback Board and let it write the plan.

Leaving in a hurry

Plenty of city leases end faster than planned: the overseas posting, the semester finishing, the flatmate situation that ran out of road. If your date is tomorrow, say so. Same-day where we can, and we'll tell you straight when we can't rather than leave you hoping.
