Rubbish removal in Haymarket

Haymarket is the most tightly packed corner of our patch: studios and one-beds stacked over Chinatown, whole buildings that turn over with the university calendar, and lifts that never really go quiet. Nine out of ten homes here are apartments, so nothing leaves without going through a building, and that's the part we're good at.

Book a Haymarket pickup

Small apartments, sharp deadlines

The classic Haymarket job is compact and urgent: a studio's worth of furniture that has to be gone before a flight home, a one-bed above Sussex Street clearing out at semester's end, a bond inspection booked for the same week the exams finish. Small loads suit us fine, a studio is usually a van job, priced once, done in a single visit, and because the whole suburb is a few minutes from everywhere else we work, we can slot these fast.

Leaving the country and can't be there when the pickup happens? Common here. Keys with the concierge or a flatmate, photos beforehand, payment sorted remotely, done. Say so in the enquiry and we'll set it up that way.

The shared-building squeeze

Haymarket's towers hold hundreds of apartments each, and the City of Sydney's free bulky pickup allows one booking per item group per building per week, shared across every resident and routed through the building manager. In a building this size at semester changeover, that queue is real. It's still worth using when your timing is loose, here's exactly how it works, but when the lease has a date on it, the queue isn't a plan.

Chinatown's back rooms

The other Haymarket: restaurants, grocers and shopfronts that need a storeroom cleared, old fridges gone, or a small fit-out's debris taken away between trading days. Commercial waste is exactly what the council pickup won't touch, so this lands with crews like ours. We work early mornings around delivery windows, and we're used to lanes that are busier than the streets. Bigger refits belong on the fit-out clearance page.

Tell us the date. We'll handle the building.

Send what needs to go and when the keys go back. We'll come back with one fixed price, agreed before we lift a thing, and we'll sort the goods lift with your building manager.
